For this purpose, CHALLENGE Management Outdoor Training has developed the Survival program for executives. This allows you to test the changing conditions in nature and experience them with all your senses. You will learn to set priorities in a different environment, develop strategies, communicate effectively, and overcome challenges as a team. With the other managers, you will learn a lot about yourself and have the opportunity to reflect on your own leadership style.
Furthermore, we will give the teams enough time to discuss the transferring the survival training elements to professional life.
You will discover that your experiences in nature directly influence on your leadership behavior.
